[youtube] tags don't allow special characters

It looks like YouTube has added special characters to its new video ids.

I couldn't get [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cbZKi8YjGU#![/youtube] to embed in a post but something like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V21lDOd9jD4 does.

That sucks. I'll see if phpbb has a fix. Otherwise, it may be time to modernize this here message board system.

Not sure where those special characters are coming from, but they're not necessary. Check it out:

Well shucks, you're right. I was confusing the dash as a special character which is allowed in urls. I thought the #! was part of the ID too.
