CFF = Cystic Fibrosis Foundation???

Up until like last week, if you put "Portland CFF" into Google, the first listing would give you the Portland pinball gang. Now, the same search gives you a bunch of links to the Portland Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. They must have spent some money on search engine marketing. The "real" CFF is now not even on the first page.
