Sauce - I would put it on legs in your driveway with the head up. Disconnect all the connectors and drop them into the cab. You might . . . might need to lift the playfield and disconnect something from the rectifier board, but I don't think you'll need to. Then take the head bolts and hing bolts out and it should come right off. We did this in the street with the Black Pyramid and it only took about 20 minutes to get the head off.
You could then get the head/backglass into the basement (it really should not be sitting in a FREEZING cold car night after night. Then either put the cab back in the car or get someone to carry it downstairs - will be much easier to convince someone to help you load it (like me) if the head is off. I might be able to help this afternoon while watching Cooper . . . possibly.
