Laser War / Loop the Loop(em) Sell/Trade

Hello esteemed pinbrawlers I had the satisfaction of meeting at Slabtown this Year. Real quick THANK YOU TO EVERYBODY WHO PUT ON SLABTOWN SHOWDOWN III !
My name is Gavin and I live in Eugene. I am planning on making a trip up to Portland on March 2nd. So I thought I would offer to sell/trade my Laser War and Loop the Loop in the process, IE I can deliver to Portland on said day only. Ok now for the info...Laser War $600.00 it works BUT has problems I have not figured out yet, which are...during game play at any RANDOM time one of two things happens. ONE. you play a few games kick some ass or not and then go to start a new game and "hey the start button doesn't work nor the coinslot mech. RANDOM problem TWO, playing a game blah blah blah, and TILT RESET F**K. I have played 20 games in a row or just two and most commonly the FIRST problem happens, also FIRST Problem happens when you let the game sit for awhile in attract mode. I fixed a bunch of stuff on this game but not this. I think it is in the switch matrix but am not positive. OH Problem THREE (big one) I got 60 volts ac between Laser war and the nearest piece of metal with dmm. I would rate playfield at 7 out of 10 because of bubbles on the mylar above some light inserts, and worn spots around pop bumpers, otherwise colors are strong and playfield is intact(complete) my friend hand inked Ion cannon, it came blank and decals not available. I think it looks better than crap decals! Translite has no problems and it has a PINSCORE LED DISPLAY KIT INSTALLED.
Now for loop the loop 1965 bally em $275 Please. this is what I paid for it. PROBLEM ONE, Backglass is terribly Cracked(glass itself is cracked not silkscreen) Yet completely intact.
PROBLEM TWO hundreds reel does not work sequentially but does independently IE you get boints 70,80,90,then 00 but if you hit a 100point switch you can get 100,200,300 and so on. This problem is on BOTH reels(two player game BTW) Playfield is in good shape I would rate at 6.5-7 out of 10 because of pinks are faded and ball wear on shooter lane and a small chunk missing on one plastic. otherwise complete.
