Spiderman replaced LOTR a Putter's. A ball got stuck where a plastic broke off, when the tech was there I mentioned to him the right flipper was getting soggy so when he was digging around I took a quick look at the coils. Basically the end of stroke was to far out and wasn't ending the stroke. I mentioned this to him and he looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. Before he left he started a game, plunged, flipper once and said 'here ya go, all fixed' and left. He will be one 'fixing' the machines at Red Flag. Just saying.
