When problems on machines happen the day of or night before a tournament. Call, text, pm, or email me. I can then pass exact details on to the operator to have them fixed. This one isn't too bad but still is kind of vague at what happened. Sometimes explaining what was going on in the game and exactly what happened helps a lot.
For example "I was shooting the castle and everything was fine, the draw bridge came down, I opened the gate, then shot the castle and it didn't register."
or "I destroyed the first castle and then when I started shooting the castle again with the drawbridge up it wasn't registering a shot to it. I hit it like a gazillion times and it never registered, and in turn the drawbridge never lowered to start hitting the gate."
Those statements are much more useful than the usual "it's fucked."
