Dennis (owner of D’s) and I had this idea for a tournament, and seeing as how this is a new pinball spot. We figures we would lure everyone out with a little tournament.

PINBALL RELAY!!!

3 people to a team.

You will need:

a lead (1st ball)
a middle (2nd ball)
a anchor (3rd ball)

The position you start in will remain the same threw out the entire tourney.

There will be a $10 buy in per team. Top 2 teams will place. 3rd place gets there buy in back.
The kicker is that Dennis and I will match the money from the team buy in, and put it towards the prize money. More teams, more we match.

Get out there, get you teams together, get you team uniforms, get a team chant. Afterward go out on a team bender. Have at it bawlers.

And in that case, you should only pay out the winner and maybe 2nd.

Thats a good call. I changed it on the top posting. Top 2 place, 3rd will get their buy in back, plus a sympathy fist bump.

I am interested in playing, but don't have anybody to join with, if anybody is in need of a third, let me know. While I am not the greatest player I have been here a couple of times and am familiar with each machine.

I heard some folks last night talking about needing a team / a third person. I imagine that if things aren't worked out beforehand, you can probably show up the day of and put together a team. (I'm saying this to anyone who's listening.)
