Pins and Needles

Played at Pins and Needles in LA last night. Rad spot. Molly is awesome. Added a couple new machines to the map, fun line-up, the newest machine she has is Rollergames. Highly recommend the spot if you're in LA. It cost me $40 in cabs and would do it again tonight.

Yeah - that sounds crazy - WTF??? where did you hear the news? I'm pretty sure a bunch of those machines are KME's.

She's moving out of LA, to be closer to KME, etc.

Bummer that didn't work out for her seemed like a cool spot, wish I could have checked it out. Hope things work out better for her.

She's not selling them all, no way. And if you think Molls and KME are getting out of the pinball business permanently -- think who you're talking about. PNN is probably open until the end of the year so if you're in LA before then you damn well better go check it out. It's rad.

ROM or others, do you have any updates on the Pins and Needles closure? I.e. when it's going to happen? I'm going to be in L.A. for the holidays and I'd like to make it over there.

On that note, any pinball related events in L.A. worth knowing about then?

I think it will still be open during the holidays. I don't think they plan to close until some time in January or so.

But you'll have to contact her regarding hours. She usually just opens it in the evenings. But not every evening - so you need to text or email her beforehand. If I were you I'd email her and tell her when you plan to be in town.

Also, I got 3rd in that tournament. It was fun. Pat came down for it.

I don't know of any other happenings. I'm going to be in NorCal most of the holidays.
