The Saratoga - 6910 N. Interstate Ave

We added Hurricane, Big Betty's Truck Stop and Cue Ball Wizard. They have room for several more machines, once we get them ready.

Cue Ball is really tall, because we brought the wrong legs. We'll fix that in the next day or so.

We ran over there tonight and fixed a double ball in the shooter lane problem on Cue Ball. Had a great time playing Truck Stop. Wish it was still in my living room.

I'm pumped that this joint is finally alive I met the new owner on his first night fixing up the place from it being the U&I with just an SPP to it's name - wandered in without knowing that new shit had come to light, clothed in pirate garb, and fed the crew homemade tamales. He told me he was getting a bunch of tables, and I've been waiting months for them to come back open.

I'm so sick of the three tables in Kenton - a broken MB, a CSI and a WoF...

It's actually pretty funny you posted this today - I was just thinking of hunting the new owner down and telling him to work with y'all for his tables if he hadn't already gotten it together :D

There is a lot of room for pins. We're backlogged at the moment, so it's going to take a month or so to get more Williams DMD's ready for them.

Made it in for my first real round on the machines today after work.

Big Betty is hard as fuck, but I'm digging it.

Hurricane's got a little sticky on the left flipper, but otherwise was playing good.

Cue Ball was the only one that gave me any weird behavior, but it was a doozy. I thought I remember the skill shot on this being that center 8 ball, which never once happened on the plunge. In fact, I only saw it trigger once, during the middle of a ball, and shortly thereafter smoke started coming out of that center piece. For a minute I thought it was going to be the first time a machine ever literally caught on fire while I was playing it, but it stopped smoking after a little bit and the game where I nearly caught fire was also my best scoring :D

Wow. That sounds bad. I better get over there and figure out why that happened!

If a machine starts smoking on you, it's probably best to immediately turn it off. right?

Yeah, in retrospect, that would have been the best plan.

Was it broken tonight or was that the one from yesterday?

Hurricane - Fixed the shooter lane switch, so the ball can be shot correctly.

Fixed a broken wire on Big Betties Truck Stop that caused the flipper problem. Both mushroom pup up switches are broken and probably wont be fixed before we pull the machine. The owner wants Truck Stop and Cue Ball Wizard out ASAP, so we're trying to find a total of 4 that he will like. His list of preferred list was mostly Stern, but we'll try to steer him clear.

Bitchin. I'll have to get my games in on Big Betty while she's still there :D

I will always remember Cue Ball Wizard! I'm glad I didn't set your machine on fire.

The first time I hit it, it started a mode, but didn't kick back out. It tried to find the ball for several cycles, and eventually kicked two balls out of the swamp. I was able to play, even after draining the first ball, but it never registered the second ball draining either, and just kept cycling, looking for the lost ball.

The next game, when I hit it, it went in, and didn't start a mode. This time, after several cycles, it kicked out a single ball, starting the quick multiball mode. When I started quick multiball, another ball popped out from the swamp, I think, and then my flippers died after just one of them drained, even though I was in quick multiball mode.
