So I have some doubts that this information is up to date. If this person that submitted them is basing this off his memory from last year, then...

Happy Fortune was probably confused for . When I visited NHFC they just had a video poker room with space for a machine so I figured it was an old listing and deleted it.

Since it came up again and it's completely across town I'd imagine it's legit.

Quality has 1 machine at Valley. Last time I was there it was NGG.
