They will be getting a 4th pin soon and they will all be in a row in the back room within a week or two.

Two machines are in the front room (right near the bathrooms, and that area gets a lot of traffic.. but it's not too bad). And the other two are/will be in the back room (the door's right past the bathrooms). I think it can fit a tournament. Especially if we can take over the back room.

anyone been in these past couple of weeks? back room could be promising but is currently not that inviting. that MM is one of my least favorite in town (along w/ the one at clinton,) wish there was another williams game in there to balance out DK and sopranos.

Yeah, I've been there like three times in the last week. The back room is so-so. I don't understand why the pool table is facing toward the machines. There's plenty of room for it to be turned 90 degrees. As it is, there is often conflict between farty pool players and the pinballers.

The DK plays fine - though it's seventy five cents. Sopranos plays fine... I think. There might have been something bugging me, but I can't remember it now! The MM is the same as it has been. I don't mind it, though. I don't see the problem. Though I played the one at Billy Rays yesterday and it seemed "easy" in comparison - the playfield just felt shorter, for some reason, and the shots were easier to hit.

this reply probably wasn't very helpful.

billy ray's MM has always been my fave, i just get wacky rolls off the one at FR all the time. the ball control stuff that you can do on most MMs doesn't work on that one, i.e. some of the rebounds are bizarre, or something seems to put a really unusual spin on the ball. at this point though almost every medieval around is so totally beat to shit from years of play that i really don't know what a "normal" MM plays like, so i can't be sure if what i think is right, really was designed to be that way.

A crisp POTC was just added to the back room, that brings them to 4 pins making FR a "tournament" ready location :D

And by "on it" I mean, "Back off! I'll get on it when I feel like it."

Is that your GC on the Pirates, bounceback? I played one game, and got 83milleione. Seems like it's playing pretty fine. Maybe a slight left lean. And I got 93m on MM - I was just a few shots away from battle for a kingdom... I think.

I think that's mine on pirates and sopranos in there. I got them both back to back the other day but didn't think they would last very long. I think they had just moved that POTC in.

haven't played there in a while. been pumping money into monster bash, in search of the big bill. getting closer, but i still don't get the strategy of shooting creature over and over-- on the machines i've been playing (mostly at billy ray's and green dragon,) the setup for that shot is inconsistent. kickout does not lead to an easy/guaranteed pass to a specific flipper-- usually it ends up on the left flip and i have to bouncepass to right, trap again, and hit that shot which is kind of weird. i know on some machines you can backhand that shot, but i haven't been able to. is there something i'm missing? like is it a rolling backhand or something? i just can't loop that shot over and over, so i'm not sure how that's a tournament strategy a lot of people use, it doesn't seem that safe to me.

it is a rolling backhand and not all that safe lots of times a miss goes to the outlane, I've been working on spinner to right ramp to creature rinse and repeat. getting huge mosh pit spinner jackpots like that and its kind of fun!
