This looks like it could be kinda cool has anyone given this any more thought, this could be how we work in the title belt.

i looked at this and registered for the coinball board. while it seems like a cool idea to have ongoing specific challenges, and that would be a cool way to keep up some competition within the gang, there's got to be a way to make the computer do this for us so that i don't have to do any math. i'd definitely participate though, and i like the idea of challenges one on one in general.

the system as it's set up now seems similar to how yahoogames works or maybe how you figure out a golf or tennis or football ranking. it probably is a good indicator in the long run, but until all you have to do is punch stuff in and the program calculates all the results, i prefer good old fashioned betting for dollars head to head, with the "ranking" clearly indicated by who takes all my money...

the php coding involved in getting something like this on the CFF is above and beyond me.

hmm-- what of it people? do we want to make the challenge belt idea connected to the official challenge rankings computer thing, which the IFPA uses? it would be cool if we could get some help from aaron's friend to make it work. i get confused about computer stuff, but if it were automated enough i would be into it. i really like the features we've added to the site for pics, avatars, links, the events calendar, and so on. i usually just need someone to explain to me how to use it first.

I also know nothing of computer code, but am excited to have an online program to keep track of my high scores and submit challenges. If anybody does know how to add something like this to our own site, that would be SWEET!

As the current belt holder, I only accept in-person or in-text challenges*. I don't want to have to boot up and log on in order to see who is trying to buy me french fries and beer and take me down. Come to me.

*I'm currently not accepting challenges in any form.
