GoodFoot Tournament
Great turnout last week so let’s keep it up! This Thursday (7/2) at 7:00 pm down at the Goodfoot. I do believe the current line-up is NBA Fastbreak, Johnny Mnemonic, Indianapolis 500, and Star Wars. Hopefully the center shot on NBA is working and you can hit the ramp on SW…I have this funny feeling inside of me that thinks you can. $5 to enter single game head to head double elimination. I’ve got 3 days to figure out a method to limit repeat games….I’ll have it by then!

C-Bar Tournament
This Thursday (6/25) at C-Bar. 7:00 pm. The current line-up is 24, Theatre of Magic, Roadshow, Addams Family, Scared Stiff. There will be a beer special for all that participate ($1 PBR) so drink up and tip your bartender. Also, there will be rubber footings placed under the back legs of TAF so it isn’t as floaty. Heads up single game double elimination will be the format. $5 to enter with pay-outs to the top 3 finishers. Hope to see you all there!
Tuesday 19th Goodfoot Tournament
Goodfoot Tournament 7:00 pm. Just like the others, single game double elimination with no EB’s. $5 to enter with the top 3 leaving with cash prizes.
5/7 Billy Ray’s Thursday Tourney
All the machines are dialed in, Batman: Dark Knight has replaced Scared Stiff. Soprano’s, Monster Bash, Medieval Madness, and Attack From Mars finish out the line-up. New pay-outs are going to be in place. The top 3 finishers will win their money back and then some. The start time is being changed to 7:00 with not much of a grace period for those running late. Sorry for the inconveniences, LET ME KNOW IF YOU WILL BE 5 MIN LATE. Once again, same set-up, single game double elimination with no extra balls. Hope to see you all there.

4/28 Revenge at the Vern Tourney
That’s right! Remember that bastard that knocked you out? Or maybe he bumped you and made you drain. Hell, he could just be ugly and you don’t like him cuz he was wearing the same shoes you were. Either way Tuesday 28th, $5 buy-in single game double elimination at the Vern (Hannagin’s Tavern) start time will be 8, try to be on time. From here on out I will be running all events on a computer. I have not been there in a while so correct me if I am wrong:

That’s right! The time is here. Your entire lifes work has led up to this moment. Will you be able to step up to the plate, or are you gonna just drain. Thanks, to all who have showed up to the last few events. It was a good time and a great chance to practice under pressure. But now it counts, as of right now 42 people have pre-registered and I know of at least 10 more that will show but haven’t signed up yet. Not to mention the others that will show up the day of. So, expect to see your competition reach 60! Good luck to everyone and we will see you all there!

4/14 Beat Bounceback on MM at Clinton Street Tourney
That’s right, this is the 2nd tournament after saying there will be no more until Ground Kontrol. Next Tuesday (4/14) join us for the “Beat Bounceback on MM at Clinton Street Tourney”. Everyone is welcome to give it a go. Start time will be around 8, $5 to enter winner takes all with a twist. Who ever beats Bounceback on MM gets $5, it just may be your luck and you’ll do it twice on your way to victory! The current line-up:

Sorry everyone I thought we were a go, but I was later informed that Plan B is having dudes in short shorts singing songs or something that night. For those of you who made it to trackie day, it is not cool! So the tourney will be moved to the Ship. Plan B will just have to wait till next time.

Come on down this Tuesday April 7th for a little high stakes pinball extravaganza. The tournament will be run on our super new super deluxe super sweet computerized bracketing program personally made for us by Bill Gates for the GK tourney. What can’t that man do? The tourney will start at 8 (please be on time or early for once) and the entry will be $5. Single game double elimintation winner take all, you know the deal. Hope to have a good turnout to tune our tourney running skills and YOU, yes YOU, need to win a pinball machine!
Rogue’s Green Dragon FREE Tourney (3/26)
On Thursday the 26th of March make your way down to the 1st free tourney and the last before the big dance at GK. Ross Baechle along with the boys and girls down at Rogue are offering a very handsome prize of 100 Hopoes (Rogue cash) to the top finisher. As well as other goodies for top contenders. As of right now GD’s current line-up is as follows:

Sunday Meeting @ Goodfoot
This Sunday bring your fingers down to the Goodfoot for some flippin’ fun! The official start time is 10:00 but feel free to show up when you need that fix. Doors open as early as 5. Also don’t forget to check out all of John “Tilt” Wray’s masterpieces on the wall. BE THERE!!!
